The Company
Robert Half Finance & Accounting require a Housing Revenue Accountant for a Local Authority in Devon.
The Role
Manage the housing accounting function, prepare HRA budgets and accounts closure; introduce a formal budget monitoring system Prepare improvement plans, budget, funding and investment and modelling Be responsible for project managing numerous capital schemes; capitalisation of salaries and overheads Analyse capital spend; capital financing and capital receipts; rent accounting & service charges Coordinate the closure of accounts process; manage Staff and team members
Salary & Benefits
