My name is Rosemary and I am looking for a house-mate to share my warm and friendly four bedroom house in Stockwood. Excellent standard of accommodation on offer in clean, tidy house with large kitchen, pleasant garden and plenty of parking! Rent includes all bills except landline telephone.

You will have full use of all kitchen appliances and utencils, cupboard and fridge space. All bed linen included. In return, you should clean up after yourself in kitchen and bathroom and be respectful of other members of the household and neighbours.

Stockwood is located on the south side of Bristol with good bus service to the city centre (approx 40 minutes) and 10 minutes drive to local park and ride.

A bit about me: I enjoy music (especially rock and blues) dancing, walking, travel, gardening, reading and socialising with friends.

There are various rooms on offer at different prices as detailed below. However, I do not intend to fill the whole house.

Single bedroom with single bed, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. £250 pcm.

Single bedroom with single bed, built in range of wardrobes and bedside cabinet. £290 pcm.

Double room with single bed, built in cupboard, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and TV cabinet. £350 pcm. This room is currently being redecorated, so will be brand spanking new!

Bedroom (single)and own Lounge combination: £500 pcm
