Deputy Manager - Cardiff - Branded Restaurant

Our client is a branded restaurant who wants a Deputy Manager with a big personality to be part of this large site.

Job Description:
As Deputy Manager your main priority will be to ensure the smooth running of each shift so that each customer who visits your restaurants will be given the high levels of service expected. You will lead by example and look to train your staff and encourage teamwork. Ensuring that you motivate your team to deliver the exceptional levels of service required. As Deputy Manager you will lead from the front to drive the business forward and maximise profit.
In addition you will monitor stock control, rotas and the financial side of the business.


Required Experience
You will need to have several years experience in a management role, ideally in a high volume and branded restaurant. The company are known for their restaurants being vibrant, fun and energetic so are looking for someone who has a personality to match and who will embrace the company ethos and culture.
Potential managers will be passionate about food and drink and delivering exceptional service.

You should be very ambitious and want to persue your career with this company who has big expanding plans.

Salary and Benefits
Salary is between £19000 - 21000 (depending on background) with a great bonus. In addition the company offer training, development and the chance for you to progress your career
