Kingswood is approx 10-15min drive to Bristol City Centre and approx 20min drive to Bath City Centre.
Location is near both Kingswood High Street and the ring road leading to M32/M4 and M5.
Walkable distance to shops, bars and restaurants and only a 2min drive to Longwell Green Cinema, Bowling and Restaurant Complex and 24hour Asda.

Monthly council tax included in rent. Electric to be split evenly each month. Waterbill every quarter to be split also.

I'm a tidy, clean person and am looking for someone of the same nature.
