We are 4 friendly people (2 men 2 women) offering a good size unfurnished double bedroom to rent in the Southville/Bedminster area. The house is well equiped with all mod cons. We have a small front and medium rear garden which are ideal for summer BBQ's and we are located very close to North Street including shops, bars and busses.

We are a flexible group of working people, happy to consider all circumstances. Smokers are acceptable as are pets (as long as they are cat compatible as we have one in residence already!)

Deposit is £200 + 1 months rent (£475), bills are not included but are manageable as we all share.
