Swap 2 bed flat central Bristol for 2 or 3 bed 2 mile radius city centre.
We love our flat, but need a change and/or a bit more space. If you are in a similar position and live in Clifton, Hotwells, Cotham, Redland, Montpelier, St Andrews or thereabouts, please get in touch! Or maybe you know of a potential 3 way swap.
Our flat is in Trenchard Street, BS1 5AN.
It is an attic flat, 3 floors up in a converted Georgian townhouse.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at the end on a long hallway, and the kitchen and living room are at the front of the flat near the front door.
It is a peaceful, quiet and neighbourly place. There is a shared garden and courtyard, which is lovely and maintained by the landlord,as well as our own garden group.
Off road parking is available for a small rent.
There is a shared laundry room, bike shed and cellar space.
Despite being in the city centre this is a tranquil and safe place to live.
