The Bristol Ambling Band needs one or two new additional trombone or brass players to join sousaphones, saxes, trumpets, percussion etc
We play noisy vibrant music.. dance music, samba, rumba, carnival music etc
We are in demand to play at birthday parties, festivals, street parties, weddings, school fairs, charity events & played at Glastonbury 2008. This year we have also been to France as part of a musical festival & last year went to Krakov in Poland. We played at the Bristol Harbour Festival in August, with other parties & gigs throughout the year.
We rehearse on Wednesdays in Cotham.
(It helps if you like dressing up in pink)
