A well established SME has an exciting Financial Controller role in central Bristol, based in a beautiful part of Bristol this role is with a successful, ambitious and fast growing business, with operations in the UK and overseas.  The nature of the business is very dynamic and fast moving and as a consequence they are seeking a highly commercial and goal focused individual to become Financial Controller.
In addition to managing the day to day finances of the business and the finance team, there will be several projects identified already that  the organisation would like you to head up, plus they are seeking for a Financial Controller who is the type of character who is inquisitive and energetic, someone who will seek constant improvement, volunteer idea's to improve the business, and really make their mark - including possibly driving some M & A activity.   Long term opportunities for FD, equity and board level status are a definite possibility in this job.
The successful applicant will likely be seeking their second FC position, or have deputised heavily for an FC already and be seeking the #1 spot in finance for themselves.
