We're ideally looking for a female tenant, who's willing to contribute towards housework and can pay bills on time though both professionals and students are welcome. In the house, there are currently three friendly girls (1 student, 2 graduates) who like nice food, occasional nights out, superficial television and chatting to the early hours.
