Raimudo Fernandez is Bristol’s hottest Latin pianist and he is giving Bristol the opportunity to show how great Latin rhythms are formed.

Having just released his new CD with percussionist Gramme Evelyn on Symphonic Records, Raimundo is now offering anyone the chance not only to experience but also to create and even improvise on such a rich and vast Latin sounds.

In this free introductory workshop Raimundo will concentrate on the basics of the clave (Latin music pulse), the Son, and Son Montuno (Cuban dance music).
Raimundo will show you how to feel the music through congas, piano, and other percussive instrument – of course the experience is highly soul enriching and cool too !
