I've rented a lovely, airy and light flat in Westbury but have a spare double room and I am looking for someone to move in. The room has a small built in wardrobe but there are also two cupboards outisde with more storage space. The rent is £337.50 pcm but might be willing to reduce this slightly as my room in the flat is slighly bigger.

The flat is lovely decorated, has a large kitchen, large living/dining area, large modern bathroom with shower, large corridor through flat and 2 beds. The place is unfurnished though I am willing to supply furniture for living/dining and my bedroom. There is also parking at the property.

It is a 5 minute walk from local shops, cafes and pubs and near main bus routes in to the centre of town or up to cribbs causeway.

I a 22 year old professional female, looking for a professional sharer (due to council tax purposes).
