Beginners: Tuesday 27th Oct 6.30pm-7.30pm (8 weeks)
Improvers: Tuesday 27th October 7.30-8.30pm (8 weeks)
Improvers: Wednesday 28th October 8pm-9pm (8 weeks)
Pilates is a low impact exercise class suitable for almost everyone. It's an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen muscles without adding bulk, a great way to prevent and rehabilitate injury, corrects many postural problems, helps regain abdominal and back strength and can alleviate stress.
Qualified Stott Pilates instructors. Courses must be booked in advance.
