We have a new townhouse in the Praedium development in Redland/Clifton and have a spare room to rent.

Jen has been in the house for 2 years, Beccy about 6 months, and Gem 1 month. We're all mid twenties, enjoy the usual; pubs, sunday roasts, watching movies, mad nights out, quiet nights in etc and half arsed attempts at exercise. It's a non-smoking house but when we fancy a cheeky one, we cope well with the 2 balconies and garden.

We have a pet fish called Billy who's fairly laid back, keeps himself to himself etc.

We all like a clean tidy house and are secret eco-warriers so like to do our bit - recycling, composting etc so it'd be important that new housemate could respect that.

The room that's up for grabs is large, double bed, patio doors leading to the garden, 2 wardrobes, shelving unit, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There's a large en suite with gorgeous shower attached to the room. T

he bedroom is on the groundfloor, as you go upstairs there is the kitchen, toilet and lounge ond on the top floor are 3 further bedrooms and the master bathroom. There is on street parking and sometimes the odd space available in the car park. Also there are secure bike sheds in the development. Contact us for further info.
