The room available is a bright, furnished room which has been decorated recently. The house is large and spacious and conveniently located in the middle of Southville. Only 10mins walk to the city centre and close to bars and shops on North St.

The house has a large living/dining room, large kitchen and outdoor area good for bbqs! We also have a bathroom AND shower room, digital tv and wireless broadband.

We are all laid-back easy-going types who like to hang out together, chill out in front of the telly etc.

Rent is £235 per month plus bills (usually about £60), a bargain.
