We have a large double room available for a non-psychotic person in our 5 bed terraced house (non-smoking), currently filled with 4 young professionals. Our contract is due to be renewed on 01/12/2009, with a minimum stay of 6 months (01/06/2010).

Rent is £200/month, and bills are £61.15/month, covering water and sewage, council tax, gas and electric, SkyHD+, fast wireless broadband, line rental, house insurance and the TV licence. The new tenant would also have to pay their share of the deposit, which is £276 (but returnable at the end of their tenancy).

The room itself is a large first-floor double room, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a computer table.

White goods in the house are an oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, two under-worktop fridges, a under-worktop freezer, and a chest freezer.

The house is located just off of Muller Road, within a 5 minute walk of Eastgate shopping centre, including Tesco Eastville and Ikea. Walking to town/Cabot Circus would take 20 mins, but buses run from a 4 minute walk of the house.

Obviously as there are 5 people living in the house, the place can get untidy fast, so we try to ensure all the washing up is done every 2 days, and hope any potential housemate would not have a problem with this.
