If so, we have a great Sales Administrator role based in south Bristol for YOU!

You will be supporting a busy sales team with the administration and customer service tasks. This is a meaty role that someone who thrives on being busy and putting their organisation skills to the test will thrive on!

Duties include:

- Process customer orders including order vetting/query resolution /printing of paperwork
- Handling customer queries
- Ensuring that deliveries arrive at their destination in a timely manner
- Liaising internally with other departments to ensure that delivery times can be achieved in line with production capacity.
- Sourcing prices and raising purchase orders
- Assisting with the purchase ledger housekeeping.
- Cold calling to ensure daily targets are met (n.b THIS IS ONLY 2-5% OF THE ROLE)
- Ensuring company policies are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have administration or customer service (in an office environment) experience, be a proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, be articulate and a strong communicator, be a fast learner in order to quickly become familiar with company policies and procedures.
