An exciting opportunity has arisen working for a successful facilities and maintenance company based in Weston-Super-Mare.

The Role

The position is for an ongoing temporary Housing Planner working in a team of four, the role involves; dealing with all calls from tenants regarding any maintenance issues with their properties, taking down the details of these maintenance issues, liaising with the company's specialist maintenance contractors in order for them to sort out the problem, diary management on behalf of all contractors, updating reports and spreadsheets, co-ordinating with the tenants a suitable date, processing all paperwork, raising all the orders, and general admin duties.

Salary & Benefits

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30a.m until 5.00p.m (with an hour for lunch). The hourly rate is £7.50, plus holiday pay.
