Rate: £ 24 to £ 28K - neg dep on experience

This position is being advertised on behalf of one of the leader in delivery of care to individuals and families with complex care needs.

Your overall responsibilities are to provide leadership within the Nurse Team on all clinical nurse issues, liaising with the Operations Director on all matters impacting upon the business.
Your key responsibilities would involve:
1. To provide leadership and expertise to Nursing Team and PA's nationwide in aspects of delivery of high dependency complex care.
2. To provide a professional service to the Company's Board of Directors.
3. To liaise with the Operational Team, Paediatric Nurse Specialist and other key staff in the Company.
4. To promote best practice and audit care provision in relation to medical supervision and to support innovative solutions across the business.
5. To promote a style of leadership that develops and empowers staff, recognising achievements and providing support and assistance.
6. To represent the 'Complete' Groups' interests and ensure that the implications of the NMC and the standards set by the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate (CS CI) are complied with
7. Increase awareness of the professional development of the Physical Disability Nursing Team.
8. Develop protocols and procedures for High Dependency Complex Care
9. Participates in On Call facility as required
10. Assesses, plans, records and evaluates high dependency /complex clients as required

The ideal candidiate would have excellent clinical knowledge or come from a background which has involved delivering care to clients with high dependency needs.
We will consider candidates whom have had an excellent background in hands on care deliverance but have no management experience.
