Rollout Engineer

GREAT opportunity to join a large blue chip company, a market leader in communication and internet services.

You will be in charge of the the operational build tasks for rollout of the online Music Service, using in house tools to setup and configure new services. Amongst your main responsibilities will be assisting in troubleshooting any technical issues raised during the roll out; escalating any bugs to the relevant teams and to actively track their resolution if they are impacting the localization; Creating and keeping up-to-date documentation about operational rollout tasks; ensuring services tasks are achieved within the agreed SLA.

You must understand the importance of service readiness dates and the impact that any time delay may have on the whole programme; demonstrate a can-do/will-do attitude, is professional, strong minded, yet responsible and delivery-focused. You have good relevant working experience in IT having worked predominantly in a services support role and possess knowledge in computer langages such as CSS, HTML, .NET, SQL.
