Head Chef - Bath Hotel - 22k
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sous Chef to take on their first Head Chef position!Our client is a well established, quality focused hotel in the centre of Bath. The hotel has around 100 bedrooms along with a popular restaurant and small conference / private dining facilities.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, the head chef will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen including;- Leading and developing the kitchen brigade- Recruiting new chefs- Ensuring standards within the kitchen - Ordering and stock control- Health, hygiene + safety

Required Experience
Candidates should come from a quality hotel or restaurant background and have strong kitchen management skills and be looking for their first head chef position.

Salary and Benefits
Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary of 22k along With company benefits and career development.
