We're a small design agency overlooking Portland Square park with two desks available to rent (can be taken individually or together).

The studio is based on the first floor of a Georgian building. It's very light, high ceilings, has access to kitchen & meeting facilities, and is less than a 5 minute walk into town. - you might even catch Circomedia performing in the park!

The space is ideal for 'creatives', or somebody involved with media, but we would be happy to hear from other interested parties.

Rent covers all bills and service charges apart from phone.
