Personal Injury Negotiator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000


A continually expanding practice based in Bristol requires 3 Personal Injury Negotiators to take on a caseload of Fast-Track RTA claims. Each claims is to be worked from inception through to settlement, negotiating the best possible outcome for the client.


Responsibilities:


Focus on fast track RTA claims on behalf of the plaintiff
Progress personal injury cases in a timely manner to a satisfactory conclusion for the client
Handle cases prior to litigation with the aim of achieving settlement through negotiation
Work cases through inception to conclusion with modest supervision and guidance where appropriate


Skills:


Excellent communication skills and computer literate
Experience of handling a caseload of Personal Injury files
Ability to prioritise work and make informed decisions
Demonstrate a proactive approach and consistent attention to detail
