We are looking for a high quality teacher of Music who will be able to teach all years and performance levels, have good differentiation and child centred teaching skills.

Principal Responsibilities:

To teach Music at Key Stages 3 to pupils of all abilities
 
To participate in the development of appropriate syllabi, materials, and schemes of work
 
To monitor and control the storage and use of teaching materials and books in relation to the subject taught
 
To promote and develop Music throughout the school
 
To provide full and adequate reports on pupil progress as required by school arrangements
 
To take an appropriate share of general school duties
 
To take part in meetings related to specific and general duties and to participate in parent consultation
 
To observe all Health & Safety requirements in relation to the teaching of Music
 
In addition to the main teaching requirements the postholder may be required to teach other subjects in accordance  with school needs and the qualifications of the postholder
