2 Lovely rooms in Knowle (£55 pw)
I have 2 light, airy rooms available, one large double room @ £60 per week and one small single @ £50 per week, both inclusive of bills. They are available for a 2 to 3 month period though I will consider shorter stays. I only ask for a 2 week notice period. No deposit is required, though I.D & reference are asked for. The house itself is newly decorated & lovely throughout with a large garden. It is a peaceful non smoking house situated a 2 minute walk from buses into town, which take 15 minutes in. There is parking, room for bikes & all mod cons including wifi.
