Hey...

We have a room to let in are house; this is due to one of our housemates leaving. As it stands, there is just the three of us. We just want to keep it three of us in our four bedroom house. The two guys staying our AD (me) and Pav. We are both two hard working guys. We rather like to chill in the evenings and weekends. Cinema and pubs are included in this.

The house itself is really cool. On the bottom floor we have Bedroom One (taken), living room and the open planned kitchen. We then have our laundry room which features the washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a small toilet. Living room includes SKY TV and leather sofa.

We then have the first floor which includes Bedroom Two (to rent) and Bedroom Three. Bedroom Three is being used as the office. We will soon be getting some weights or a small gym in there too. We also have the bathroom. It’s a very nice, clean bathroom used by me and the Bedroom Two. It includes an extra large bath and a massive walk in shower. Bedroom to let is massive. It comes part furnished with double bed and extra size wardrobe.

One the second floor is Bathroom Two and Bedroom Four. This is Pav’s room.

The garden is rather large and ideal for chilling in. At the bottom of our garden is the shed; ideal for bikes/moped. We get on with both our neighbours.

If you are interested in looking round, your more than welcome too. The rent is £367pcm + Bills. The bills work out to be about £80 a month.
