I am a Bristol based Senior Architectural Technician and offer a competitively priced planning application service. My specialism within a local architects office focuses on the design and production of planning application drawing packages for residential projects such as:

Sub-division of a single dwelling to create flats
Change of Use applications

I have worked for a number of architects within Bristol over the last five years (both large and small practices) covering a range of projects from small extensions to large housing developments, restaurant refurbishments, school and healthcare projects.

All applications are produced in accordance with RIBA Architectural drawing standards and I take care of all planning application forms.

I work with local planners and have dealt extensively with Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and Bath & North-East Somerset Council. The service I provide includes all post-application contact with the Case Officer through to the council decision.
