You will be a qualified solicitor with a well rounded base of experience in commercial litigation, described as `pro-active` and `commercially aware` Having experience of handling your own caseload is a must, together with having excellent organisational/problem solving abilities. A pragmatist, with excellent attention to the details and ideally with experience within PI/Negligence. If you are familiar with the PRE ACTION protocol this is a definite advantage, but not essential; as is experience of dealing with insurance funded clients.
