Restaurant Manager - up to 18000 - Bristol Commute

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company on the outskirts of Bristol as Restaurant Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is from a branded restaurant background and due to the location a full UK driving license and car is recommended.

Job Description As Restaurant Manager you will report straight into the GM, and be responsible for the day to operations of the busy restaurant. The restaurant can sit around 80cvs, but due to the nature of their business it can turn over around 2 times a night. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for around 10 team members, motivating and developing them to ensure the best results at all times.

Required Experience
* Proven experience in high volume operations
* Previous supervisory experience
* Drive and passion to succeed

Salary
The starting salary for this role is £16000 - 18000 + HOD bonus
