i am looking for a property to rent in kingswood to be closer to family,as i am currently renting in gloucester .i am in need of 3 bedrooms min, and any area of kingswood/south gloucestershire including yate and surrounding areas, i am looking to rent from late june early july. i have excellent landlords refrences and £800 deposit avaiable.
we are a clean tidy quiet family and have had no problems with previous renting, i am a single parent so rent would be paid direct to landlord from housing benefit and any shortfall of rent would be paid by myself, i am prepared to do any decorating etc at no cost to landlord.
