New Pilates Courses Starts 28th October

New beginners 8-week pilates course starting on Tuesday 28th October at South Bristol Sports Centre, 6-7pm and intermediate 7-8pm, cost £56.

Pilates is a low impact exercise class suitable for almost everyone. It's an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen muscles without adding bulk, a great way to prevent and rehabilitate injury, corrects many postural problems, helps regain abdominal and back strength and can alleviate stress.

I am a qualified Stott Pilates instructor with over 10 years teaching experience in the health and fitness industry. Courses must be booked in advance.
