The Company
OfficeTeam are delighted to be recruiting for a Contract Analyst on behalf of our client based in Emersons Green that can work as part of the key accounts team.
The Role
The role will involve distributing jobs to the team, monitoring the progress of the jobs, dealing with any issues as they arise. Producing management reports and analysis based on SLAs. The ideal candidate will have previous helpdesk or call centre experience and excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills. You will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and delegate effectively.
Salary & Benefits
£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
