I am a mature, non-smoking female looking for a small flat or s/c bedsit in North/north central area. I dont mind furnished or unfurnished and I'm happy with bills inc.

I do NOT want to pay agency fee's on top of all the other ingoings and would prefer either no deposit or to be able to pay off the deposit over a couple of months.

I have recently re-started work after a short time being unemployed, but may still struggle with a full/up-front deposit.
