I have a lovely light and spacious 2 bedroom flat in St Andrews, Bristol. Location wise this is a great area with old victorian properties. It is two minutes from the lively Gloucester Road, and ten minutes from the centre of town including Cabot Circus.

My flat has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and three built in cupboards, also very spacious hallway and landing. It is painted Magnolia throughout with brand new beige carpets so very neutral for you to add your own touch to. Central heating and a security gate also. The only thing it lacks unfortunately is a garden as that belongs to the neighbour underneath me, however St Andrews park is only a five minute walk away and is beautiful in the summer.
