I have a 4/5 bedroom townhouse (spread over 3 floors) with garden in Brentford, Middlesex. Needs some redecoration.
Ground Floor: Lounge
First Floor: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, toilet
Second Floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom
Looking for a bedroom property by the sea as my Dad has health problems and we need to downsize asap. We would prefer a downstairs toilet/bathroom as my father cannot walk far, also would prefer a downstairs room (other than the lounge) that could be converted into a bedroom, but we will not rule out other properties.
