We are looking for people to run the Cardiff Half for Sue Ryder Care. We have places to be filled and would also love to hear from people with their own places but want to support a charity.

Sue Ryder Care is a great charity which specialises in helping people suffering from Cancer, brain injury, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Stroke and Parkinson's Disease.
