We are looking for a creative friendly person to share our house with us and a very chilled out dog.
We have lots of lovely art and crazy stuff knocking around the house, but are generally quite tidy so a like minded person.
The room is the master bedroom on the front of the house and gets the sunlight in the late afternoon, it is furnished with double bed, shelves and a wardrobe.
The garden has recently had an overhall and there are two lounges downstairs.
The house is just off St Marks Rd, near to all the shops, pubs and Thali Cafe etc.
Good on street parking and 5mins walk to Stapleton Road train station. Smoking welcome outside the house. Rent includes all bills & wi-fi, but excludes landline calls.
One months rent and one months rent deposit payable on moving in.
