The Role & Individual: Due to continued success they are now looking for further Estimator to work on their Birmingham Sites. The successful candidate that accepts the role of an Estimator will be expected to "Lead a team of people to complete a project, safely, within time and budget”. Naturally, the candidate must have a broad experience within Construction, specifically Estimating and also have a knowledgeable background of commercial builds. The candidate must be self motivated as most of the time they will be alone on site. The role is based in the Birmingham office and there will always be projects to move onto once project completion handed over.
