Job Description
As a Junior Sous, you will be working very closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to bring ideas forward to create exquisite food.
You will have the knowledge within a rosette kitchen and know how to present and cook food to absolute perfection.

Required Experience
You have a background within at least a 2/3 Rosette establishment and achieved Junior Sous status already.
Also, I am willing to put candidates forward who have achieved Sous Chef level and willing to take a back step to go forward very quickly.

Salary and Benefits
The package as a whole is fantastic and having this opportunity arise is rare. For the right person, my client is willing to pay the right person up to £22,000 per annum plus annual service tips. Live in accommodation is also available if required.
