Due to further expansion The Bristol Residential Letting Co have a position available as a Lettings Negotiator.

No letting experience is necessary as initial training will culminate in a professional Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) qualification

The successful candidate would have an enthusiasm for sales, great interpersonal skills, be competent with administration and relish responsibility.

Working closely with the public, landlords and developers and working in a brilliant team this role offers the right candidate a superb career.


Start Date - 1st July 2008

Hours - 42 hours a week including some Saturday mornings

Salary - Good Basic plus team commission OTE 20K
