Bright Modern Room in Spacious Apartment (£375 pcm)
A bedroom with a double bed has become available in seriously awesome open planned apartment until the 28th June with the possibility of extending the contract.
It is a two bed bedroom flat and you will be sharing with a young professional female in her 20s (my best mates) who is out going and very fun to be around and would like someone who is similar to her.
The flat is based in the beautiful street in Cotham Vale in a grand Victorian building. The rent is £375 per month excluding bills and when you see the place you will realise its worth every penny!
Applicants must be female between the ages of 22 30 years old. An out going person with a good sense of humour will be a plus. The sooner you can move it the better!
