Hi - im a slightly overweight male in North Bristol looking to get fitter and reach my ideal weight. My treadmill blew up at the weekend :) so I need to go to the gym or exercise classes at the leisure centre now. But im really shy! and dont like to go alone.

Is there anyone out there looking for an exercise buddy & friendship during the day?
