Room to rent above a friendly Hairdressers in The Arcade on Broadmead (in between Boots and Debenhams)

The room is available 10am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday,


Open to anyone who provides a Beauty or Complimentary Health service.

£50 to share the rent with me and be responsible for the room Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (ie work from here yourself or sublet)

or

£25 per full day


This is supremely cheap for the area, largely because I want to rent quickly, and I'm hoping you will stay for a while.
The rent is due monthly but can be taken weekly to start.

The room is medium sized (10 x 13 feet) and furnished with curtains, carpet, massage table, massage mat, CD player, and 2 chairs. The mat and table may be folded away.

Advertising is down to you but this Hairdressers is busy and receives many enquiries for services. Your services will probably compliment the Hairdressing well. You may have an A board outside the shop (or use mine) and advertise on their website www.mantanahairsalon.co.uk and also on mine. www.bristolcounselling.co.uk
