My clients is a global manufacturer and are going through a sustained period of growth.

To compliment this they are looking for a Qualification & Test Manager responsible for product design verification testing, for the design and provision of production test facilities, and for the operation and maintenance of their UKAS accredited environmental test facilities.

This is an internally facing engineering management role within a functionally based organisation, reporting to the Engineering Director.

In this role the successful candidate will take ownership and commit their team to deliver against requirements developed and agreed with a business area Project Manager and Chief Engineer, recognising the need for flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.

The successful candidate should be qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline and have previous experience of product verification in engineering and medium rate (1000 units/Month) production environments would be beneficial, along with a working knowledge of military and/or automotive technical standards.
