As a graduate trainee you will be a member of a project design team from the outset, and be an active, fee-earning member of the office. Working on many of the country's most prestigious construction projects with some of the leading architectural practices. The challenges can be formidable, but a combination of formal training, mentoring, supervision and commercial experience will help you develop the skills required as your career develops and you take on more responsibility.
