To share with owner, one other and lovely dog. Would suit someone working or studying who wants a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in a peaceful house. Current residents are two women, one lesbian, one straight.

Room is pleasant and fully furnished, and the house has a large kitchen/diner area and light and spacious living room.

This would suit you if you are energy conscious (can turn off lights, recycle etc) and are fairly clean and tidy. Vegetarian or someone who eats little meat prefered.
