Great house on the hill: stripped floors, wood burning stove, garden and views. It's next door to a beautiful park, 10 minutes walk from town or North St bars.
You'd be sharing with 30 something owner and one other lodger. It's a quiet and laid back household and I'd be looking for someone who would enjoy that.
It's definately available for 3 months and maybe ongoingly if I don't sell!
I'm flexible if someone wanted to do Mon-Thurs or needed somewhere very short term. Price is all in inc internet, just pay for phone use. It's beautifully furnished and non-smoking.
