Job Title: Accounts Assistant Job Location: Central Bristol
Working across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, the services of this company are designed to reduce risk, bring control to all projects and achieve optimum value for money for clients through independent and objective advice. Due to a restructure, this company require an AAT qualified Finance Assistant to join their finance team of four people. Your duties will include sales ledger, purchase ledger and management of the cashbook.
Required Skills & Experience
- Accounting technician or currently studying
- Detailed experience of sage line 50
- Previous experience of running sales ledger, purchase ledger including dealing with electronic payments
- Multi currency experience
- Fully conversant with bank reconciliation functionality of sage 50 and dealing with online software
- Credit control experience up to and including County Court claims Personal Attributes
- Eye for detail
- Process focussed
- An enquiring mind
- Good team player
- Energetic and prepared to put in the effort when required
- Technology literate
