Calmer by Nature is a film available on DVD and although it was designed to help people cope with stress by using beautiful nature scenes we now know from testimonials that it helps people with many different health issues, including Sensory Problems, Autism, Dementia and Mental Illness. ( see feedback button on website) It is a pure nature film without people or any human voice or even music. The footage which took me 5 years to gather is just accompanied by nature's stillness and her calls and sounds.

The film takes you on a magical journey, following a mountain stream to the sea and along the way you will have close encounters with wild deer, badgers and nesting woodpeckers all entirely unaware of any human presence and then on to fields of wild poppies and hedgerows bursting with spring flowers and trout in gin clear streams with ducklings, ending at the coast with rock pools and curlews flying into the sunset.
