Inbound Customer Service Advisor

This role is working for a leading financial services company in an established department.  Your responsibility will be to speak directly with customers in relation to their motor insurance.  You will be answering queries on existing insurance policies, talking through renewals, answering general enquiries and explaining about other products available.
Hours  Monday to Friday shifts between 8am to 10pm and every other Saturday or Sunday 10am to 6pm
Start date:  4th of August, you will be in training for 6 weeks, so you will require to be able to complete this with no interruptions.
