Inbound Tele Support

My client, based in Frenchay is looking for an individual to provide Inbound Tele Support to assist customers in resolving queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, and working as a team to achieve performance targets, customer satisfaction and retention.

Key accountabilities
-Ensure first point resolution of inbound calls
-To take ownership and recommend resolutions for the customer in a professional and timely manner, log queries, and ensure all queries are dealt with to a negotiated outcome according to agreed KPI’s
-Work closely with Online sales teams

To apply for this role, you will need;
Administration experience, accurate keyboard skills, proven customer service and telephone experience

You will need to have excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

This is a temporary role for 6 months, of which you must be able to complete.
The salary is offered at £7 per hour, 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
